O'Bilim: a trilingual video curriculum
A standards-aligned video curriculum for students across Uzbekistan. I designed the curriculum, wrote the scripts, led production, and presented on camera.

A Programme of Inquiry review from preschool to Grade 5 and a teacher-led IB self-study. The school passed its evaluation with less than a year to prepare.

About me
I'm an instructional designer, educator, and the founder of KZ Development & Consulting, based in Abu Dhabi. I teach at Abu Dhabi Polytechnic, where I serve on the AI, Policy, and Quality Assurance committees and help faculty integrate AI into their courses.
My work has taken me from classrooms in Nashville and New York to schools and universities in Albania, Mexico, Uzbekistan, and the UAE, plus remote curriculum work for a company in China. Along the way I've coordinated IB programmes, built a faculty development department for 175+ faculty, and co-founded an EdTech startup.
I'm looking for instructional design, learning experience design, and EdTech roles where thoughtful design leads to measurable change.
